I just read Gamespot’s preview of Battlefield 2, and it is not reassuring. They recommend at least 1Gb of RAM, saying their machines with over a gig still suffered from long loading times. So I presume that with my 512Mb (*whimper*) I’ll probably have to wait most of the summer just to load a damn level. What fun.
[EDIT]Xfire are saying that a Battlefield 2 demo will be released soon (they’re already letting people join the download channel) so I might be saved after all- I’ll get the demo at some point (presumably when I have three days when my broadband will be unoccupied) and see if it works.[/EDIT]
we’ll i just spoke to a buddy of mine who just picked up his copy of battlefield 2 he told me about all the neg’s…and i will be getting my refund for my pre order,they got balls ,no joy stick support…ea really lost thier mind..to fly an aircraft you need to use all 10 fingers at once.i rather have the 10$ back for the preorder..battlefield 2 is almost getting to be like a role playing game no thinks..im happy with dc final
